Joseph Bilpit Nsam the Assemblyman of Temaa Electoral Area, Patron for Kpambeng Youth Association-KPAYA and NADMO Coordinator for Yunyoo/Nasuan District has passed away yesterday the 10th October,2020 at the BMC(Baptist Medical Center) Hospital, Nalerigu.
